In 2032, the facility had a breach. the staff got infected and it started spreading like wild fire. My brother among one of the first infected. People started rioting the streets, raiding stores, and homes. After a town started getting infected the factors would come and burn it down. Soon the whole world was infected, and the few people who weren't the factors required them to be placed in safe zones. Anyone who refused, was shot on sight. They said it was to keep people safe.
