Thorin and Co. appear in Y/N's back yard, but not long after she discovers a secret about herself that will take her on a journey through Middle Earth, along with her newfound friends... An adventure that takes the reader from the comfort of their home into the depths of Tolkien's world, following the storyline of The Hobbit and the themes that come with it. Various ships, I will include moments for whatever is most popular. This begins as a Modern!AU in the reader's world, but switches to Middle Earth (for reasons you will discover) during the journey to reclaim Erebor. The reader has their own backstory, and this is the only part I own. Similarities to other works cannot be entirely avoided as this is a common idea of getting a reader into middle earth, but none are intentional if they occur. I do NOT own The Hobbit (movie or book) or any of the characters within it.

When an old wizard and 13 dwarves show up at Bilbo Baggins' door, his adoptive sister, Elvira Raegon, jumps at the chance to help them on their adventure. Elvira joins some old friends and a company of dwarves on their quest to reclaim Erebor. She makes lifelong friends, makes lots of memories, encounters lots of hardships and a lot of Orcs, but most importantly, she falls in love. All rights reserved to JRR Tolkien. Katiea is nothing but a mere Hobbit. She is 30 years old and neighbor to Bilbo Baggins. Her life she finds boring, wanting nothing more than to see what is beyond the Shire. When she is sent to Bilbos house one night to deliver some muffins made by her mother...she's pulled into something she would have never expected.

Amanda, a Ranger of the North was asked by Gandalf to join a quest to reclaim the lonely mountain from a Dragon. At first, Thorin was sceptical about her joining their quest. But along the way she proves her worth and loyalty. But it wasn't long before romance blossomed between Amanda and a certain black-haired archer in the group. Through trials the company will face, can they come out strong? Or will they break apart? Follow Amanda's journey as she battles to not only keep her word but for the one who has her heart.

Sin (Moc) lived for a long time in middle earth. He avoids elves and wizards. Was best friends with Bilbo's parents before they died. And is now going on a unexpected adventure with Bilbo. My male oc is also in a other story of mine 'WinterSpider founded'. comments are always welcome. Disclaimer the oc's are mine but the rest is from Tolkien of Peter Jackson. Can be read as a sequel 'civilazation' (not yet made) but don't need to.

This is the second movie of the trilogy and Book 2. As the company of Thorin Oakenshield and the girls continue you on their journey, they will experience new challenges. They will have to learn how to trust one another and others as they continue travelling to the Lonely Mountain. Will they be able to handle the pressure of getting to the Lonely Mountain before Durin's Day or will it all be in vain? As always, I don't own the hobbit. That belongs to JRR Tolkien and Peter Jackson. I merely own Renee, Lilith, Katherine, Renee's heritage and parents. Please if you haven't read A True Home, please read that first before reading this. In the very near future I am heading for brain surgery. I have them every day. In total, I have 5 different types of seizures. 14 meds a day. When I have 1 seizure, it takes up to 3hrs to regain my energy. (I once had 50 seizures in the hospital.) Often times I have accidents from them. Valanthiriel Erulassë. A name, most don't know. A name long forgotten. But if they do know, they call her a nightmare, a monster, a dragon. She is a rogue 1/5-elf, 1/5-dwarf, and half-dragon, creation. She struggled through her life after her mother was murdered by Azog, who had also sworn to wipe out, the line of Erulassë. But Azog soon discovered the line of Erulassë would not be so easily broken. Valanthiriel fought back. She ran from Azog that night, and he lost her. She sought help of Saruman, who gave her a horse. But he had cursed the horse and she fell into a deep sleep in the forest of Fangorn. Three years later, she awoke. She wasn't supposed to. Valanthiriel was more powerful than Saruman knew. She found a horse, and rode to the Shire. A quiet place, where no adventures were possible. She built a life there, with the help of a newfound friend. But she never forgave, and she never forgot.

Aeldre, Half-Elven, lost her Elven mother by Orcs and her father, a man, had gone missing. She lives in Rivendell under Lord Elrond's care. She yearns to venture out into Middle earth, until an unexpected encounter with the Company of Thorin Oakenshield. Aeldre feels she must join them to Erebor for her own reason: finding her father. But will Thorin allow it?
