When a series of gruesome homicides occur in the slum district of Kings-03, after the mysterious impact of the U.F.O., 6th sense Psychologist, Dr. Jean Flare, from the Psychical Technology Research Development Agency (PSYCHREDA), is then charged to test a prototype tool she invented, the Ecto Sight Gear, an equipment that allows her to perceive the spirit of the dead to communicate with, in order to gather information about their deaths and murderers. As she manages to link up these crimes to the invading extraterrestrial, she is urgently requested to team up with Detective Powell in order to put these wanted suspects into custody.
