A/N: I know there is a Scarlet in the game already but Scarlet has always been one of the names I use for my OCs. This is not a Scarlet from the game story. As early as she can remember, Scarlet was privileged, her parents worked in a high position for Shinra Electric company and a sense of nobility followed. Having been promised to Rufus, Scarlet spent most of her days being followed and watched over by both the Turks and members of SOLDIER. She found a new life in Wall Market at Madam M's message parlor but now the Turks have found her and Rufus has made it clear that he wants her back.
