Shannon and Cari were childhood friends who grew up listening to the wonderful stories of Shannon's Granny in the family's bookshop. The two created their own adventures as princesses from different worlds. They were unseparable until Cari's family migrated to another country. Twelve years later, Cari, now a writing prodigy, returns to town with her last installment of "Finding Quiell," a best-selling teen book series, and a big announcement. She instantly recognizes Shannon, who is now working at the book shop. What they thought as a simple reunion turns out to be a chase of misforstunes, self exploration, courage and... romance. Will the adventures of these two princesses lead them to a happy ending? Cover Photo: Official Music Video of Wasted Youth by Fletcher

This is just a little fanfic about Cari Fletcher and Shannon Beveridge meeting at JFK after Cari's horrible breakup with her ex-girlfriend. I started writing this because I fell in love with a very similar story I found here that was never finished, and I guess I needed to finish it in my own way. Everything was written with respect for everyone involved, directly or indirectly. I just want to remind readers that this is only a fanfic-nothing more than imagination. Disclaimer: English isn't my first language, and I'm not very experienced with writing in general. This is the first fic I've ever written in my life, so it might be a little cringe-but it comes from the heart.
