This is a journal for those who have lost their Spirit. Your spirit is not destroyed or dead. You just need to find it. I have lost mine long ago. I have searched and searched for years and I kept on retaking paths that have failed me. So I kept a journal. A journal of where and how not to search. Places that get you closer to finding it. So I'm sharing it with you. And maybe you can use my journal as a guide to find yours. Good luck!
