My book is based off of the hunger games but there is no katniss or peeta instead of katniss being reaped Chole Montez was and she wins the games and meets all the people from the book but from a different persons view.

This is the prequel to my first story. It starts showing how close Finnick and Payton were since they were 13 and 14. Ella has always been a quiet girl in District 4 that never talks to anyone but she is reaped for the 70th Hunger Games that changes for her. She meets her mentors Mags Flanagan and Finnick Odiar. Over time she gets closer to Finnick and she finally talks. But what she did not know back when she little during school Finnick and his friends would watch her and try to impress her not knowing that she never talks.

The first time Emeraude Cohen met Finnick Odair she was six. A little girl who admired the sunset upon the sea, the seemingly unbelievably tall boy who told her all about the different coloured fish in the sea. Secondly was when he came back as a victor. The fourteen year old boy, eyes as haunted as a ghosts, who so often invaded her grandmother - Mags' - house. After that she saw him many times. However their relationship must be keep private if they want the other to live, for both have been sold to the capitol. Everything they do with each other must be done behind closed doors. Story begins in the 74th Hunger Games but is mostly in Catching Fire and Mocking Jay.
