Luck and Magna were having one of their usual fights, like always. Afterwards, them, Asta, and Noelle were sent out on a mission to obtain something the Captain needed and returned with a boy named Clovis Andino. Over time, Magna was growing more close with this newcomer than expected. Luck then felt... "abandoned"... if that's what you'd call it. He tries pushing away all of these feelings of jealousy bubbling inside of him, but he couldn't help it. Is this newcomer actually who they thought he was? Was it worth Luck's mental suffering for all of it to end? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Warning: Angst so prepare some tissues! Of course there will be some funny or joke parts in between to keep it from being just depressing from start to finish, but the main plot and story will mainly be angst so prepare yourself :D I drew my own cover for this story, but I didn't draw it digitally yet and it'll be a while before I'll be able to do that. So I'll just use this one for the time being. :)

The War of Kings. That was the name given to the war that started 15 years ago in the Clover Kingdom by a royal family. They had plotted to destroy the entire kingdom. A world where the lowest of the low won't have any chance in life due to their status, a status that they can not get out of. For you, you came to terms of the kind of environment you live in, but you're aware that the people around you have dream of having a better life. You always hear you're neighbors talk about how they deserve better meals, better income, better jobs, better crops and better housing. They want they're lives to prosper. To flourish into something they could never imagine. You couldn't help but agree to they're wishes and demands, but stuff like that takes time, and you're aware that you have no power or agency to reach those heights. So, you stay low, eyes glued on your books, work at your father restaurants as well as your mother school. You are just everybody else in this village, just a person that just needs to get through life. However, what if one day, the tables have turn and you had no choice but to live a completely different life? A life full of despair, agony, heart ache, bloodshed, and even death? On the other hand, a life full of new bounds, hope, heroism and prosperity. Will you survive this difficult life that you didn't choose or end up dying before you can even start?

One day, Demi's mother was killed by a demon and Demi survived. And that brought her in front of a church in Hage where she would meet Asta and Yuno. After 10 years, Demi is joining the magic knights along with Asta and Yuno. This is where her journey to find a cure and to find the man who killed her mother starts to escalate.
