What if Eru did recreate the world and that's the one every knows. What if the world before there were a large group of people who got speared from the destruction. They now live in the middle earth that everyone knows. Yet, they are hidden and keep to themselves. Protecting the world from monstrous beings that are still alive from the wood they knew. They stayed like this for a very long time and they enjoy their solitude. Yet, now they have a choice: do they help Fingolfin and those who are following him across the Helcaraxë and change the course of fate. Or do they leave innocents to die and stay hidden. ~I do not own the silmarillion

For everyone who dreams of a life far, far away in Middle Earth. Settling down with one of the fine Elves Tolkien created. This is a collection of fluffy love stuff for all the elf simps. Mostly some daydreams that have popped into my head. Warning: Suggestive humour, fluff, angst, drama, blood and gore, emotional stuff, mental breakdowns. The only daughter of Fëanor, whose heart was as big as the sky that lied on the top of Arda and whose beauty was beyond the beauty of all its stars. They named her Nathìniel. For she was only a guest in this world, her soul belonged to Ilúvatar to whom she's been turning her head since she was born. Her father gave her the title Melwafinwë, for she was the loveliest of all Finwë's descendants. Later she bore many names, among them Híniman, a pure child for she was clean from the terrible deeds of the Fëanorians after they proclaimed the oath. She escaped the wrath of Valar and thence was called Avathrýaen. Although with pain burried deep inside herself she joined her beloved cousin Finrod. He, along with Galadriel, Aegnor and Angrod hid her under the wings of protection and they loved her as a sister. At this time she received another name - Finculuial. For her hair had an unusual colour for Finarfin's children, it was gold and red at the same time as dusk in the summer. She was loved by all, among them Fingon who could not turn his eyes from her sweet words and fair face. Even her brothers that she had to forsake were deeply fond of her, and in this story there is written how she found a path back to her family. How she cleaned the hands of Fëanor's sons, and how her fate led her back to Valinor. For what she desired the most was to clean the name of her family. Long was her way to the Halls of Mandos, many were the battles in which she had to draw her sword, many were moments when she wiped others' tears with her gentle hands, but the most were the prayers she spoke to Ilúvatar. The God who created her perfectly in his song. Wish you a happy reading. ☺📜

'Elthríel listened with rapt attention as Finrod, laying on his back and staring at the clear sky above him, spoke about the beauty of the Trees of Valinor. He rarely spoke to her now, not that he had ever made a habit to talk with her, but this was the first time she had ever hear him talk about the days in Valinor, now seeming so long ago. She had never heard him speak of those days with anyone. 'Since the days held captive in the dungeons of Morgoth, any memory of the beauty and brightness of the days in Valinor seemed like a distant dream, half-forgotten. But when she heard Finrod speak of them, they seemed at once real and alive; she felt that she only had to stretch forth her hand and touch the leaves of Laurelin.' Fading Light follows, for the most part, the tale of The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien, so if you haven't read it yet, I would encourage you to do so. :D Hopefully you like this story! A prose re-telling of J.R.R. Tolkien's Lay of Leithian, this relates the full story of the love and labors of Beren and Luthien in the First Age of Middle-earth. This is aimed primarily at Tolkien fans who want the full story but who do not want to read the original Lay. I have tried to keep my own intrusions to the minimum necessary in order to keep the story moving, and I have also tried to capture both the style and spirit of the original Lay in prose form as much as possible. I have used other sources, most notably The History of Middle-earth book series, for where the Lay ends uncompleted. This manuscript was originally completed in 1997, revised considerably in 2009, and is returning to the Internet in 2017 after an eight-year hiatus. It is my gift to Tolkien fandom. No infringement intended and implied (and all that), and I hope it remains both free and freely available to all from now on.

My name is Danafinwe Feaelenion Feanorian. Some call me Dana. Others call me Danafinwe. Very few call me Feanaro. Feanaro is my Father. Grandfather Finwe and only Grandfather Finwe may call me Feaelenion. After all, it was him who chose it. Feaelenion means spirit of the stars. Grandpapa Mahtan calls me Nityë. Meaning small female. To him I'm small. I'm not that tiny. I spend most of my days reading, writing and running after my 7 younger brothers. They are exhausting. So many to keep track of. Not to mention all the cousins I have on Father's half-sibling's side. So many. I have few opportunities to visit with my friends. Thank the Valar they are patient. Unlike Turca. Oh, and I am an active member of Grandfather's court. I handle what Father bowed out of when I became old enough to learn and take part. Not to mention all the duties as Father's Heir. It's a wonder I have time to eat, sleep and bathe. Did I mention I am older than all my Aunts and Uncles on my fathers side? _____ This is the long story of my life and its many, many missteps and graces. From the ripe age of 150 to the daring age of 10, 302. Read along as I make friends, enemies and lose my younger brothers...all 7. This series covers events taking place in the Silmarillion, Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. All characters and places are works from JRR Tolkien. I do not own them. I only own Danafinwé and any characters you don't recognize from Tolkien's works. The Fifth Age dawns. The Eldar are gone, Sauron is vanquished, and all that remain are the kingdoms of men rising slowly higher into the future. To the south, industry churns in the city of Minas Dant. On the borderlands brew the seeds of a conflict unknown to Arda since before the Fourth Age. Tiel's messed up again. And he's running out of options. The Guild's only good to him when it helps them-otherwise, they wouldn't spend time on him: brutish, broke, and unstable. But the path ahead gets narrower and narrower. One day, he'll find that he's slipped just too far to come back. Or has he always been this irredeemable? Far on the other end of the sea, Haldanáro wakes up. Twenty years after his Return from the Halls of Mandos, he has yet to know either memory or identity. Rattled by taunting dreams, he takes a gambit-and opens his eyes to a new world. Yet the future is closing. Arda shakes and tremors; a war is coming. And they may already be out of time.

Sequel to "A Different Kind of Heaven," but takes place thirty-six Valian Years later (340+ Earth years). Top ranked #1 in Silmarillion, #1 in Maedhros, #1 in Fingon *** Eve and Findekáno are enjoying their courtship. Turukáno and Elenwë are married. Artanis and Iríssë are adults. Nelyafinwë continues to third wheel. Only this time, Melkor is around. Seeds of strife are sown in Valinor, seeds that will sprout weeds soon enough. What began with half-brothers slowly extends to half-cousins until she is caught between her adopted brothers and the love of her life. With Melkor in play and the Silmarils shining, how will she navigate the politics of Valinor? *** BASED ON A REVERSAL OF DANTE'S DIVINE COMEDY - PURGATORIO *** Part Two of The Airequalmë. Begins Year of the Trees 1400. *** Story begun: 5/28/2018 Story completed: 11/16/2018
