Leó is just trying to finish the camp and get back to his mother in France. The camp has gone for nearly 2 years. Which meant, at the end of the two years Leó could go back to France. Unusually, a girl, Calista, joins the camp in the last two months... but by the way she's acting, she had been there her whole life. Leó's thinking and sometimes his speaking is in French but it will be translated below. When Leó is panicking or scared he forgets about English and speaks fluent French.
