"Ace, wait up!! Ace!!" Luffy scrambled behind his older brother while crankiness spilled like a secret in his yells. The shorter boy kept stepping over his own feet, instinctively reaching out his arms forward. "Ace!! I'm gonna..gonna catch you any second!! Hey!!" Trees and bushes flashed past them, as well as animals scattering away from the noise producers. Tree stumps and mushrooms on the castle pillars slowed the younger 12-year competitor drastically. Ace gave a slight look behind his back before scoffing with a smile. "You'll have to run faster than that, Luffy!" He laughed, only increasing his speed. "Aceee!! Hey! Wait up! Hey! Don't ignore me!! I'm gonna kick your ass when I win! I told ya' so before we came to this dark castle!" Ace's feet almost gave in to falling face first on the ground with that standing-tall assumption. "Oh, please, even when we were younger I kicked your ass to the moon and back." "I WILL kick your ass!!"

When young Aurora Heavens meets Shanks and Captain Smoker she never expected it would get her placed into One Piece Academy a school for deliquents and special powered children to stay and train until they decided what crew or flag they wished to fly under. This place is the haven for young men and women to live while waiting for one of the seven war lords or one of the emperors of the new world to chose them as members of their crew, or until they made their own crew.
