13 woke up in a place that was mysterious. 13 couldn't remember anything but she was called 13. Then she meets Garon, aka commander 12 of troop 12. They are not allowed to know each other's name nor their own face. Haunting memories come back to 13 as she travels with her knew family, troop 12.

Hope is the leader of the Sparks(people with special powers and eyes that sparkle at night). One day she meets a shark boy that isn't a spark but has powers of one. Everything changes when she gets attacks from the past. What will she discover?
