First-years Stories

This is a very short story that came to me in a dream. You are in your first-year of Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry and were just sorted into Hufflepuff. Watch as your first evening in Theis majestic school unfolds infront of you.

Darcy Foster is going to be a First Year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Her only problem, she's unlike her friends. A soft difference that is starting to get louder, no matter how much she's trying to silence it. It doesn't particularly help that each of her friends is hiding something, what it the question, why is the answer. But if Darcy doesn't have her friends, then she has no one. She wouldn't make it by herself. Not to mention the predicament of the Houses. Then she meets interesting, new people as the year progresses, and pretty soon, she's finding clues to an adventure. And for strange, eleven-year-old Darcy, this means excitement. Follow Darcy through the winding passageways of the castle, up the stairs and around the ghosts, past the paintings, into the library, the great hall, the House common room, Hagrid's hut, the forbidden forest. As she finds out what it truly means to be the only one who can do something - the only one who can save all of Hogwarts. Maybe she'll even meet The Great Harry Potter. Everyone talks about him. What makes him so special? Besides the rest of it, she might find herself the answer to that question. Maybe. If she survives, of course.
