However, one specific nurse, Victoria Evangeline Boyd, did otherwise. Olivia Grace Rogers-Carter is the 10 year old daughter of Steve Rogers, and Peggy Carter. She was in foster care most of her life, and had severe emotional issues, as well as trust issues. She was, without fail, unpredictable, so when she lost control one day, it was no surprise that another kid was involved. Before adoption, Olivia's name was Amy, and when she was in the care of Steve, and Peggy, Peggy found out that there was so much trauma behind her name. After talking with Steve, Peggy talked to Amy, and together they decided to change her name to Olivia.
