In this universe Humarise succeeded in their quest to rid the world of quirks with now half of the world living in peace oblivious of the war there on and their quirks that are being hidden with multiple drugs. While the other half of the heroes are still fighting back for justice. In this world a certain hero in training called Hinata suddenly finds himself stranded in the middle of a Humarise society with no access to his quirk.
