In this story Susannnah dies the next summer after Belly's birthday. Before you start reading this just know that I have written stories before, but this is my first time posting a story so give me your honest feedback when you read the first chapter. Also, this story is going to be in first person. Belly and Conrad have been together for almost two years now on and off over the summer. Taylor and Steven have been dating for one year and are constantly together, so we probably won't see them, and I don't know how to really fit them into the story right if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. Her mom Kathrine (Katie) died when she was five from a brain tumor. Then her dad died in a car accident on December the 4th, when she was nine. Her mom, Susannah and Laurel have been friends since college. Her dad had dropped her off at Susannah's beach house every summer since her mom died, so she could be close to people her mom knew. Then soon after her dad passed Laurel took her in and she lived with Belly and Steven for 5 years. I'm going to use Belly's birthday from the book because my birthday is also at the end of August (the 29th), but one year before, so she's 15. Now let's begin the story.
