"Superman is obviously better than any princess fairytale Anastasia." Chris said to me leaning against the threshold of his flat. "I don't think Superman is superior to any princess fairy tale-besides Snow White maybe... She is a pathetic princess, letting her prince do everything- but besides that, Superman is equal-or even less superior to Disney princesses." I retorted and closed the door of my flat. I looked through the peep hole to see Chris' jaw slack as he stared at the curvy, black metal 19B on my front door.
----*----
Anastasia or "Annie" Miller has lived at flat 19B for the past seven years-three months before her darling daughter, Elizabeth was born. Anastasia and Elizabeth both lived happily and peacefully at Morstan Avenue's nicest apartment building... Until one Canadian boy moved in across the hall.
Christopher Gillis, proud Canadian, good hockey player (aren't all Canadians good at hokey?) and a beautiful artist. Chris moves from small town, Cashtown Ontario, to a big city London England to aspire his dreams and become a professional musician.
Along his way to fame, he meets Anastasia. The cute girl that reads to the little kids in the common room by the elevators. Chris becomes interested in Anastasia, but she's trying to keep a rather large secret from the guy she's starting to fall for.
