Alright, before we begin, let me start with this, most stories that cross over dragon ball into MHA, tend to either add Goku, or for some reason make Deku a Saiyan? Yeaaaah, I'm not gonna do that. Instead, what I'll be doing is dragging dragon ball's logic, in terms of training and Ki manipulation being a serious possibility, even for the quirkless! Something only obtainable via the most talented, strongest martial artists, and the pupils of their craft! The fact of which is hidden and masked from the masses under the falsehoods that people capable of such feet's, are gifted with insane quirks. Second on the agenda, I'm not going to be making any of my characters world level threats. It's hard to power scale but let me put it to you like this. The maximum bar right now, is end of Dragon ball Goku and Jr Piccolo during the world tournament level of strength! Our starting level in terms of power level being kid Goku level, once again from Og DB. Which is still wicked strong, but not so much so that those of MHA are dwarfed. I think we can agree that's fair right? Lastly, if you're here for transformations and SUPER SAIYANS... You came to the wrong place. That's flat out, out of the question. We can agree, even at kid Goku level power, Super Saiyan would make you a WORLD DESTROYING level threat! Lastly, the character you see through the eyes of, is for ease of writing sake, going to be named Kaido, but you can just imagine your name in its place.
