After all, it's not his brawn that they are after. I hope you enjoy it. Visualise Peter however you want to. I tend to see him not as any of the actors but just as I imagine he would be, but with the personality of the Ultimate Spider-Man. A lot of science stuff I will get from the internet so don't worry I'm not actually smart and a lot of it may be a load of rubbish.
