Elara is a young wolf walker and mage who was adopted by the grand council after her home was destroyed and was separated from her family. The grand council trains her to study magics & relics, and taught her defenses from any sort of danger. She is an introvert who never had any friends and is been living in isolation for so long. But someday, she'll have the courage to dream for adventure. Then one day, while exploring outside for the first time, Elara meets some misfitted and yet interesting characters individually. A mischievous tiefling cleric named Jester, a shipwrecked half-orc sailor named Fjord, a scruffy homeless wizard named Caleb, a temperamental monk named Beau, a cocky tiefling ringmaster named Molly, and an inebriated goblin named Nott. And when a powerful arcane relic known as "The Beacon" falls into dangerous hands, she and her unexpectedly newfound friends must learn to work together to save the realm and stop reality itself from unraveling.

Caduceus has had the same dream for a few weeks now; a familiar grave of a tiefling he never met and the life that The Wildmother placed over that grave. So familiar was the flora on that grave in the dreams that Caduceus could easily name them all on a whim. And then the dream shifts: There's a heartbeat. A breath. A struggle. The Wildmother calls to Caduceus, pulling him towards that grave once more, where her work is centered trying to bring forth another life. No, not bring forth - bring back. With a gasp and a panicked scramble, a lavender tiefling pulled himself from the dirt. Freeing himself from the earth's clutches in a desperate escape. He is blank, an empty slate of a person except for one word that screams in his head. A word screamed, called, laughed, and spoken by so many different voices that vie for attention in the confused tiefling's mind - Molly He doesn't know how he is exactly or what he was doing in the earth but he can only suppose that Molly is his name and that the cloak over his grave is his too. He's not quite sure how, but he knows that somewhere out there, people are waiting for him. He has no idea where they are or how to find them but he'll be damned if that stops him. With only a single tarot card, a small letter giving him some clues, and an open road before him, he sets off to figure out who exactly he left behind. WARNING: Spoilers, cannon-typical violence, alcohol usage, language, and mature themes. (AKA, there's angst) WARNING: Short book about the reunion of the Mighty Nein as they find their old friend (that means this is cute, lovable, fluffy, and adorable). So, I posted this on FanFiction.net with 4 chapters (it's still unfinished) and it hasn't gotten many reads. So I'm posting it here as well so that it might get better views. SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 26 OF CRITICAL ROLE!!! My take on Molly's death, with a bit of a twist...

What kind of friends would they be if they didn't apologize & cheer him up?

Water nymphs make homes in rivers and streams, but often explore the land and play. Not this village. It's community hasn't left their fjord in years. After an unknown being from the surface took the king and traumatised the other nymphs in unspeakable ways, nobody dared leave the water. Schools were designed specifically for teaching the ways of the world above, and finally the day came for one carefully selected student to leave the underwater village and save their people from what they all feared.

She enjoys riding Western and does Liberty work with her Fjord horse Chase. When fear of a great snowstorm is spread through Dino Valley her parents send her away to a small village called Valedale so she can be safe. Being forced to leave her horse behind with her parents she leaves on her journey. Arriving at Valedale she meets Elizabeth Who helps her proceed with her Liberty work and lends her a new horse. After learning all she can and learning English riding, she competes in the Valedale 3 day event. Winning she is spotted by the Baroness of Silverglade who spots her talent and gives her a scholarship at Silverglade Equestrian Center.

Fjord has recently been growing closer to Caduceus, so a meditation session with him is something he wouldn't want to turn down. (Hint: They're created by Digital Hourglass and they're from space IRL) Plot: After an arena, there were 9 "special" dragons, they were all named after 9 celestial bodies. The 1st one is really hot and really cold, the 2nd one is scorchin' hot, the 3rd one is "Watery", the 4th one has lost their right eye in a war and is an electric guitarist, the 5th one has a spiral in his eye, the 6th one keeps his eyes closed, the 7th one is a glass eater, the 8th one is salty over losing a battle, and last but not least, the 9th one, it has a heart on its chest. Starflight, Sunny, Glory, Tsunami and Clay met them after the arena in a mysterious cave due to the red eyes.

When Fjord finds out a dirty truth about his parents, he flees from the ice kingdom to get away from his parents. On his journey to a save place it turns out it's not the only secret they've been hiding...
