Ten years ago, the world was ravaged by storms of fire, sending down flares and lighting up cities. Destruction like The Burning has never been seen before. It ate up our forests, swallowed our crops, and killed our livestock, our pets, and our people. It left us scarred, images burned mentally into our brains of the burns physically done to our world and ourselves. Tyn is no stranger to the mental burns left behind. Forced to aid his parents in their underhanded schemes throughout the makeshift hospitals set up, his facial photographic memory has never forgotten the horrors he saw. Now, at 17, he is still struggling to escape the nightmares of the weeks following The Burning. But when a shady third party business starts asking for his help, he must dig up old memories of those faces to help them find the spark of The Burning.

The year is 2077, On the 27th of December year 2069, the peak of human technology was toppled by catastrophe when a solar flare annihilated the earth’s electronics. Helpless without the aid of machines democracy decayed and was replaced by anarchy, the solar flares continued. Humans began to divide, to those who live believe living without technology or democracy is the better choice and to those who believe they could restore the order and technology that existed before the solar flares began. The original American government began to wage war with O.P.T, an organization which established itself in the state of Washington, promising restored order and technology. Building a self sustaining colony structure known as The Dome as a safe zone from the flares. After nearly two years of war O.P.T had eradicated the original government which had fought the war with hardly any technology. The human race now remembers the day of December 27th as the day of Crisis.
