Those 6 years spent in the Speed Force changed Barry more than you could ever know. He got to spend it with both his parents and that alone was wonderful. Barry then later fell in love with Caitlin; in this alternate reality. Barry and Caitlin had the best life possible and Barry never wanted to leave the Speed Force. That was until Team Flash decided on waking up Barry from his perfect dream. Once Barry arrived back in the real world; Team Flash didn't only change but so did Barry's feelings. Being in the Speed Force gave Barry a new purpose in his life which was Timeless...

When a new meta-human turns up, wrecking havoc, Barry has to deal with - once again - saving Central City, and dealing with his emotions. Perhaps the one thing he needs is the one person who can help - Caitlin.

My take on season 4. Snowbarry style. Barry is out of the speedforce and not crazy talking. He and Iris are together at the start but only engaged.

How I would like season 4 to occurred. Barry's time in the Speed Force help him see a lot of things from different angles. One day a mysterious speedsters, appeared from the future, and bring very bad news. Credits to the numerous works and authors that I have read. (P.S. Team Flash , Team Arrow , The Legends, Kara , Mon-el, Earth-2 Caitlin, Earth-2 Barry, Rachel and her friends were Celebrating Caitlin and Barry's 2 year Annivarsy when they were Ambushed by a couple old emeries from the Past. A good friend of the Team Sacfice her life for their 's only to be thrown into the Speed force. Barry and the others doesn't know that she in the Speed force though.
