Creatures, bound by the blood of the wolf, that can kill with curses and move at lightning speed, watching the night sky for the rise of the blood-red crescent moon. They are SKINWALKERS. They feed on our flesh and thirst for the taste of human blood. The red moon signals each pack, divided by principles. <--- this pretty much the idea I was coming up with. This is familiar to a similar short story that's pretty well know that I took inspiration from!

Canvas is a short story which describes a piece of artwork/portrait expressing various emotions between itself and the artist. The story begins when the artist starts to work on an incomplete canvas which he was earlier working on. Turns out he creates a masterpiece which he couldn't part with so he doesn't price it, this artwork of his becomes his pride. This made the wealthy jealous. But one day he falls sick and as he lay on his dying bed he realised there was only one way to save his masterpiece.

Being of the flesh without being emotionally attached has become easy due to the numbing of the individual spirit. The greed for flesh has overtaken the need for any other stimulations.
