Tóki was taken in by Ragnar and Lagertha and became a sibling to Björn and Gyda. This is her story of how the Gods blessed her and how meeting one person changed her life. Valkyrie and her brother Einer are of Norse descent, but after a group of saxons raided their village they were taken as slaves and were forced to live in England with an ex-shield maiden who served the king after being captured. They are the children of the renowned Torehilde and the god Loki. Years later Ragnar and his sons come to England to raid and kill. That is when the twins will meet them and reunite with their uncle Floki.

This takes place inbetween each book/season of Viking to keep up with all that goes on in Runa's life through the years (disclaimer: You don't have to read it but you will be confused as to how some events came about if you don't)
