Emily has dreamed about this world her whole life and feels an irresistible connection to it; she is also drawn to the handsome but tortured First World War soldier Luke Edensor, the boy from her dreams who Emily is starting to fall in love with… However Emily does not want to forget her home and is also desperate to return to her life in Pennbrooke, worried about her vulnerable mum. And there might be a way home though only if Emily truly desires it and is strong enough to make the attempt. Although something is not quite right in the Borderlands, for in this seemingly, peaceful and idyllic world, someone has been watching Emily for a long time, a hidden danger growing in the shadows and a fate that has been awaiting Emily Weston from the moment she arrived in this world. Will Emily be able to unlock the mystery surrounding her childhood meeting with Luke Edensor and discover the truth about their shared history? And will George, Luke and Emily be timeless forever or will the three of them be able to find a way to leave the Borderlands and discover abilities within themselves beyond their imaginings? Though even in a timeless world time is running out for Emily and her friends who must decide whether or not to make a stand and fight for their existence. Though ultimately torn between two worlds will Emily Weston be able to return to her own time and leave Luke Edensor behind forever?

Abyss' family is an outcast, her brother obsessively builds coffins, her father was taken by the evil witch that lives in the forbidden woods and she talks to Canaries. Abyss has a lover that's from the evil woods that she must keep secret. The farther she ventures into the forest the more she learns about the witch she has been taught to fear, and about the real world around her. The story is based on the beautiful music by Florence and the machine, when you read you will fall deep into the abyss.

For years, the storms that ravaged the countryside as fury raged through her head and heart were dismissed as mere coincidences. Now, upon discovery that she is a witch, Florence Welch, at age thirty-two must decide to finish the High as Hope Tour with all of its highs and lows, or flee to the trees for a change of scenery, and the opportunity to study these new special abilities.

this is a short story that I wrote based of the song Jenny of Oldstones by Florence and the Machine

"Still a liar." Indie could see the frustration build in his eyes. "I'm sorry. But honestly, what was I supposed to do? Approach you with my fangs bared and blood on my face and say 'I'm a monster will you please go on a date with me?" He was pissed now, his eyes glaring into her. His anger quickly morphed to regret. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that." He looked down at the table. "You have every right to be angry, but I never intended for any of this to happen. I felt gratitude to you and then I started having feelings for you. Before I knew it, I was caught in the web of deceit and I didn't know what to do." "You want to know what you should've done?" Indie's false calm melted into fear and fury. "You should've never talked to me in the first place. You should've left me alone." The anger forced her to rise to her feet. "We're done here." She stormed out of the diner, leaving him behind. He didn't follow her. ~ Indiana had expected for college to be fairly straight forward. She would go to classes, make friends, go to the occasional party, and, if she were lucky, she would fall in love. But when at the end of her sophomore year, she almost runs over the handsome, and surprisingly naked, Septimus Carter, she could've never imagined that this man would change her life. Septimus Carter had only wanted to live a comfortable life with his mother in their small house. But the night of October 1st would spell the end of his dreams, when a vampire, Ira Ackerman, murders Septimus' mother right in front of him. He vows from that moment to kill Ira Ackerman no matter what it would cost him. Even if the price was his mortality.
