Fluttershy is still Flutterbat but only turns into her at night, she turns into her willingly (unlike what happened in the "bats!" where Twilight's spell backfired on Fluttershy) anyway she does this so her friends wouldn't worry about her, because if they did know you got a another "remove the spell" situation on your hooves, one night she's flying around & eating apples like usual, but then she hears screaming & flies over to see what it was, she found out she wasn't the only one that was hiding something from her friends............

Ok I gave this idea some time and thinking and I finally decided to make a fluttercord fanfiction. I absolutely love fluttercord and with the idea I have , I hope people will love this story. He has spent time with fluttershy and has feelings for her. He loves her more than chaos! An that says a lot! But little did discord and the mane 5 knew that a great evil swirls within fluttershy that ha been there since the beginning and they must find a way to stop this evil before fluttershy is gone forever.
