I'm in the process of editing the story: Over a decade has passed since the war. The tension between the Na'vi and the remaining Sky people has eased, and life returns to normalcy for the clans. The clans, once united, returned to their independent homes, and balance was restored to the families on Pandora. Jake and Neytiri are now the leaders of the Omaticaya clan, have grown past the devastation of the war, and now have both human and Navi cultures intermingled in the tribe. After some time, the pair gave the clan the next leaders after having four children. The eldest children are Neteyam, Kiri, and Lo'ak. The three children, each with various personalities, pair. The boys are both fiery and determined to prove themselves. The third child is known as Kiri, who appears to have an off connection with nature. While not destined for the Tsahík role as her mother was, the fearless female is delighted as a leader in her way. However, it is a peace that soon is disrupted as humans make their return. Their arrival is only predetermined by a female avatar abandoned near the clan. Her purpose is unknown, her memories are sparse, and her connection with the world of Pandora is confusing and unreal. The young avatar, known by her name of Hunter, seems to be a gift to the clan and a warning. She becomes something of an unknown to the clan. Her connection to the world baffles her but connects her to the clan's people. Jake son Lo'ak who is one of the one most intrigued by her. As the humans approach again and different challenges emerge, only Eywa knows how it will end.

It has been three months since the dragonets "prophecy" came to fruition. Every Tribe was trying to adapt to the new peace, something that hasn't been experienced in years. For one particularly stubborn tribe, (cough cough, Nightwings, cough cough), they are having a rather rough time, just with the fact that they aren't constantly surrounded by lava and death. Such unrefined creatures... they do so many strange things, they should be considered a subspecies of Dragons. - During a sudden Tribe meeting, a life changing event occurs for every Dragon present, a particularly "violent" and "blinding" one. (Ominous foreshadowing)-(Me personally, I would have tanked it) - Example dialogue: (this is used in the story) Kiwi freezes for a moment and the orange she is holding falls to the platform "huh?... well... I wouldn't call it stalk..." Fateseaker cuts her off immediately, "You watch me, from the shadows, while invisible... that's stalking", he continues eating. Kiwi scrunches her face up, trying to think of a sarcastic remark or something to defend her actions with, but alas, poor Kiwi can't think of a proper comeback, so she sits there looking like a agitated yet bloated crocodile. - (A story about Breaking "Fate") Writing gets better with each chapter. WIP chapters are technically "finished", but I'll add more details, better grammar, etc. The edited chapters will have a (rewritten # times) at the beginning. This is an excerpt from the Vyscher Tales Part 1 and Part 2 that detail some of Serev's past, as well as that of the Cloud Dancer. If you're not in the mood to read both of those books prior to reading Cloud Dancer (The spin off for A Rock And A Heart Place), then this would help you understand her past. Read how Serev became the captain of the Cloud Dancer flying ship and some of the experiences that shaped her current life.
