Five years after the events of The Fourth Closet, a financially struggling John returns to Hurricane, Utah at the request of one Vanessa Atkin to investigate a slue of paranormal occurrences at her restaurant.

The title is pretty self explanatory 👆🏽

John thinks that everything that haunted his past in Hurricane is over, but is it really? After John gets a dream about Charlie, Carlton and John come back to Hurricane, willing to find answers to why Charlie is coming to him. John just can't seem to shake off Charlie and all the trauma that has happened to all his friends in Hurricane. A sequel to my John x Arty fanfic! It is STRONGLY recommended that you read that first. TW: Suicidal thoughts & mentions, curse words, and other harsh topics! It is HIGHLY recommended that you read the FNaF Trilogy (The Silver Eyes #1, The Twisted Ones #2, and The Fourth Closet #3) before reading this story!

After all the mess with Elizabeth and William, things are finally beginning to settle down a few months later in the late autumn. Henry is not sure what to do with Clay's feelings for him. He doesn't know what to say, how to act, he feels like a complete mess. When Henry goes back to his own house, he finds a mysterious note dragging him back to Freddy's for answers. There will be a trigger warning before every gory chapter, as of now, I'm on chapter 6 and there's already 3 chapters that have such scenes, if that's not your thing, be wary while reading this fanfiction. You were warned. A contiuation of "The Next Chapter" if you haven't read that, it is highly recommended. haha i never planned on this, but I feel the ending of The Next Chapter was not very conclusive, so hopefully this continuation will serve it's purpose!

Everything that ends up being perfect...is often ruined by the hand of fate. It's how we respond to that, that brief moment of choice, that changes everything. There was one such moment of choice for Henry Emily. If he made the right choice, that's up to you.
