This is the complex storyline for all of my Fallout: NV ocs, but very specifically my ocs Arkham and Scoutt and their relationships with each other, companions, and people in the Mojave. Arkham is a 1st Recon Sniper for the NCR, and Scoutt is a humble courier trying to get back at the asshole who killed him.
