It's Vans Warped Tour 2005. Many bands are on tour, but My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy are the most interesting of them all. Pete Wentz is 26 years old, he's single and extremely persistent. And he has his eyes on 25 year old Mikey Way of My Chemical Romance, the tall, scrawny bass player that wears the same glasses and beanie constantly. In Pete's eyes, Mikey is perfect. So when Mikey and Pete finally hook up, will it be more than a one night stand? Will it be a short lasting relationship that ends when 2005 Warped Tour is over? Or will Pete finally get what he's been wanting for years, a long, serious relationship? Will sneaking out of tour buses late at night or being late to sound checks and preforming time behind stage to hang out be worth it? Will getting so attached to Mikey Way be worth it in the end? Set in the year 2020, Pop-punk icons, Patrick and Pete Stumph-Wentz, live with their three children in Los Los Angeles, California. 17 going on 18, Declan Stumph is determined to succeed in musical theatre, hoping to one day land a role on Broadway, without riding off of the success of his famous parents. Meanwhile, his younger brother Bronx follows in his father's footsteps, continually wreaking havoc on the family and getting into trouble. Additionally, Patrick and Pete face problems of their own with the intrusion Pete's former lover, Ryan Ross. Ryan, who is married to Brendon Urie, cannot seem to let go of the past and continually attempts to get Pete back in his court.
