Now Ace is running next to me and we are headed straight toward the wall. After Parker's father mysteriously disappears when she is eight, she is adopted by the same family that adopted her biological brother 7 years prior. Parker and the parents have been keeping a secret about Parker's past from Alec. After moving to the small town their adopted parents grew up in Parker's past may be the only thing going to keep the two alive after they break the rules.
