A story following the life of Jude Duarte-Greenbriar and Cardan Greenbriar as monarchs of Elfhame and lovers. This story happens after the trilogy "folk of the air", I have NOT finished reading the other two books, "The stolen heir" and the "The prisoner's throne" sooooo if anything goes against of what happens in those books I'm so so so sorry!!! This is what I hope happened after "The queen of nothing", have a good reading session!

Hey so this is a fan-fiction of the 4th book of folk of the air. I do not own these characters. And I do not own the original story line of the past books either. This is just what I would want to happen after the ending. Also this could be taken as 5th book as well. But I did not consider the novel inspired by Cardan in this. Just some Folk of the Air/Cruel Prince One-Shots! They'll take place either after Wicked King or Queen of Nothing. Most will probably be "Jurdan" because I'm a fangirl again.

I got this idea from a fanfic suggestion on @stardustsroses tumblr account and went with it. This is my summary: Jude and Cardan are expecting their first child in a months time and want to take advantage of the little amount of time they have together and enjoy each others company at a retreat. Vivi warns Jude this is a bad idea, but Jude is set that everything will be ok despite the nearing due date.

The High Queen Jude and Cardan live rulling Elfhame. This is years after the events of the Queen of Nothing. Jude is 26 now. Many unhidden truths are revealed, and the plot keeps twisting. Jude's bloodline is questioned. Villains seem to appear out of nowhere, making everyone question reality. Who can we really trust? But then the real villain is revealed, hiding under everyone's nose this entire time. Meanwhile, there's another Greenbriar child on the way. And someone secret doesn't want that baby of Jude and Cardans to be born.

It happened 3 years after the queen of nothing. Everyone made their own life. Family, love act. Jude had a big surprise, but someone who everyone thought was dead is not. Madoc helped him and hid him in the mortal world and he wants revenge I hope You'll like it🤍 So I finished the folk of the air, few weeks ago and I saw that they hadn't a lot of fanfic of it. So I wanted to do mine. And it's my first so be nice please. I'm a French girl who loves English and books so well it happened (the fanfic is in English don't worry). I will try to update often but I have homework. There are some scenes of sex so if don't want it you can scroll to the end of the scene. ⚠️Mature Content⚠️

Cardan cannot hurt Jude, luckily he doesn't want to, He discovers a way to enchant her, and perhaps being glamoured and happy is better for her. Maybe it's all for the best, she is really beautiful when she is peaceful.
