"You made me feel suffocated." Spin off of "Wasted Precious Love", the girl expresses how she felt like a prisoner being on a chair with chains and rope wrapped around her body and she wanted freedom. She wanted to free herself from the feeling of suffocation and the suffering she went through. She writes her feelings through a poem. More poems will come from other people's perspectives.

This is 2020. This is the year we never saw coming. This is the year most of us wanted to get our lives together. This is the year most saw as an opportunity. This is the year people coined to be "lucky" because it's a "nice number." This is the year that many planned to get hitched, have a baby, buy a house, travel the world - have a major change in their lives. But guess what? This is the plot twist nobody saw coming. A global pandemic. Covid-19 or the Corona Virus, however you may want to call it. It sometimes feel like this is all a dream to me. But it's about time we wake up and face the reality; we are stuck and this is not at all our imagination. This is real. A story waiting to be told to the future generations. This is the type of major history events future generations will be learning about. What kind of example do we want to set for them? What kind of lessons do we want to teach them?

Do we really know what it is? Do we really want to know what it is? We will never know Not that we want to Truth is the gateways to reality don't exist We live in our own worlds powered by feelings and imagination So that "reality" is what we make of it Pain and suffering Joy and happiness Anger and aggression Imagination's sources of pure empowerment Do we intend for our minds to rule our lives? Do our feelings play a bigger part in life? Do they go hand and hand? When we hurt our minds go dark and play a loop of a single awful thought When filled with joy possibilities can be endless But it's those moments where everything is blank that everyone looks for Those moments where no matter what is going on relief takes over without notice That's why we go through our emotions and thoughts To look for and find those moments of relief Thanks for reading and I hope at least one person gets something out of this...

To me, life is like a beach --- filled with all kinds of sand, which are in turn endlessly battered by the waves of time. This is an hourglass. This is a place where I keep some of the sand from my beach, to be turned over, and over again. To some all sand look the same; I hope you see some of yours in mine.

Thoughts from a pretty, complicated, and interesting individual.

Thoughts of mine for me to look back on. In poetry ( mostly free verse ) form. Disclaimer- A lot of it doesn't really make sense. If you just want some food for thought or something random to distract you well this should be a perfect fit ^^ P.s. I put a song with each poem so if the poems not good I hope you at least enjoy the music
