As host nation, the only problem facing the Football Association was that the England football squad was in complete disarray having dismally failed to qualify for the tournament for last 8 years. Desperate not to lose face, the Football Association turned to retired manager Harry Korrigan in a determined effort to revitalise the long suffering England brand and regain once again the fanatical backing of the thousands of disillusioned England fans. Korrigan, with the help of the England squad's current captain Vincent Lampenelli, painstakingly began to assemble a fresh new squad in an against the clock effort to train the players up for what would be the make or break of all their future sporting careers...
