Alice and Luna are two young journalists. After the pandemic lockdown ends, their boss sends them abroad to cover a seemingly straightforward assignment - reporting on the mines in a foreign country. But things quickly take a turn. During their assignment the ground violently shakes, and something enormous emerges from beneath the earth. Luna catches the incident on camera despite Alice's objections. Their decision to upload the footage leads to their arrest and incarceration.
