VENKATA111
In a bright green forest, there lived many animals. Among them was a big, strong lion named Leo. He was the king of the forest.
But Leo had one big problem...
He was very lazy.
Instead of hunting for food, he would roar loudly and scare other animals. Then he would order them to bring food to him.
All the animals were afraid.
Every day, one animal had to go to the lion as food.
One day, it was a small rabbit's turn.
His name was Chintu.
All the animals felt sad for him.
"How will such a small rabbit survive?" they said.
But Chintu was not scared.
He had a plan.
The Plan
Chintu walked very slowly towards the lion's cave. He even stopped on the way and rested under a tree.
He wanted to be late on purpose.
When he finally reached, the lion was very angry.
"Why are you so late?" Leo roared.
Chintu acted scared and said,
"Sorry, king... I was coming early, but another lion stopped me."
The lion got shocked.
"Another lion? In MY forest?" he shouted.
Chintu nodded.
"Yes, king. He said he is stronger than you and this forest belongs to him now."
Leo became furious.
"Take me to him right now!" he ordered.
The Trick
Chintu took the lion to a deep well in the forest.
"King, he is inside this place," Chintu said.
The lion looked into the well.
And what did he see?
His own reflection in the water!
But he thought it was another lion.
The reflection also roared back at him.
Leo got even angrier.
Without thinking, he jumped into the well to fight the "other lion."
But there was no lion.
Only water.
The lazy lion fell inside and could not come out.
The Ending
Chintu ran back to the forest and told everyone what happened.
All the animals were happy and free again.
They thanked the little rabbit for his cleverness.
From that day, they lived peacefully without fear.
Moral
Intelligence is more powerful than strength.
