Rereading the Inheritance Games to prepare for the finale, here are my takeaways for each book

SFT is a 3-person company run by Natalie Byrde/Natbee professionally known as Songbyrde. She sings and plays guitar and piano, and her boyfriend Brad of 2 years sometimes sings with her. Her niece Layla is the money manager and sometimes plays the flute if needed during a song. If customers try to run off without paying for the performance, she chases them down the street and catches them to get the money (she's had to use her karate skills a few times for the money to make it to her hand). The way it works is you tell Natbee what you're wondering about (boyfriend, your job, your family life) and when you're done explaining she takes your hand and closes your eyes. She waits until she feels something like an electric current up her arm telling her the song. She tells you the song and asks if you want it harmonized (unless it's a duet). It doesn't matter if Natbee knows the song or not- when it comes to her, she'll sing it like she knows it by heart! At the end she'll ask if you want an explanation of how the song related to your future.
