So Hermione Granger never thought that she would leave Ron Weasley for Draco Malfoy. After leaving Hogwarts Hermione went back to her normal life before Hogwarts and before meeting Harry Potter and Ron Wesley. While Draco moves to the muggle world to win Hermione's heart since Draco has fallen madly in love with Hermione Granger and he hopes that Hermione would love him back and finally leave Ron for him so Draco used a love spell aka Amortentia on Hermione and now she's in love with him and she ended up falling out of love with Ron.
