Everything was going great for Janelle until that night she turned 17; the age werewolves find their mates. Her best friend Derek throws her a surprise party. She finds her mate who had always been right under her nose. Yet, he turns and walks away. Leaving Janelle with heartbreak; later realizing she was the cause for it. Her life is thrown off its axis as the whole new definition of fate is tossed at her. The scroll seals her fate along with someone else's. What is she to do when she is being forced to stay away from the one she loves, to protect the rest of humanity? All because of the forsaken prophecy.

They were normal teens before the tests, now they would never be the same. Our story centers around Cara, a suicidal girl who tried to kill herself but was stopped by someone kidnapping her. Her tests begin and she completely changed, slowly her old life fades and now they expect so much of her.
