Albus Dumbledore had to go home for the summer holidays instead of touring the world with Elphias Doge after his mother's death. Now, he is stuck taking care of his siblings instead of astounding the world with his work. However, when he meets a mysterious stranger, will his life change in ways he never could have imagined? Gellert is stronger than ever, waiting for the day he sees his ex-lover again... Chapters 53-55: 1945, The final battle is getting closer where Gellert and Albus will have to face each other. Secrets will unfold and confessions will occur which will lead to the fate of the wizarding world. Who, if anyone, will have a happy ending? Chapter 56: 1964, What happened after the battle and where did it leave our beloved Albus Dumbledore? What will occur at his school next I wonder... Chapters 57-58: 1981, Albus is struggling with secrets he can't tell anyone but cannot keep bottled up inside him any longer. Who can he trust to not tell anyone? Answer, Gellert Grindelwald who is locked up in Nurmengard for life after his battle with Albus but accepts his fate as in the end he has remorse Chapters 59-61: 1992-1996, Albus' yearly presents and visits to Grindelwald as a way to keep his ex-lover going in his isolating cell. They discuss what is happening outside the walls as well as things they never thought to discuss when they were together.
