You transfer to Iwatobi High School. You make new friends: Haruka Nanase Makoto Tachibana Nagisa Hazuki & Rei Ryugazaki Makoto introduces his friend, Kisumi Shigino, to you. He seems to have a lot of affection for you. You notice that he seems interested in you. You see him one night, and he confesses, and a wonderful, sweet relationship begins.

After Haruka and Makoto had left, Rei and Nagisa worked hard to make it to nationals and make everyone proud. After weeks of training, the new team made it to nationals and Nagisa was swimming breaststroke!
