A short, topical poem about Thanksgiving . This is only my fourth nonet. The first three are: PERE NOEL, A BITTERSWEET NEW YEAR and FORT DE SOLEIL.

Ask anyone that knows me well and they'll say I'm gullible- I see the best in everyone, which can be a good thing but also a naive thing. Luckily I've never been truly hurt or grief stricken in my life yet , leading my boyfriend to dub me the 'sunshine kid' saying this explains my positive lack of skepticism and cynicism about life. But at the time of writing this poem I was hearing from friends, family on the news etc that the world isn't all unicorns and rainbows- this poem is about that realization.

So yeah, I've decided to copy Arintez and write some letters to people! Because twenty five is one of my favorite numbers there will be twenty five letters. The letters are from me, myself, and I, and it's mostly to express some feelings and have a little fun. The letters might be random, funny, or deadly serious, depending on who, what, when, and why I'm writing to them :) I will try to update this every day or at least every other day, I promise! A teacher shows three toys to a student and asks the student to find out the differences. All the three toys are seemed to be identical in their shape, size, and material. After keen observation, the student observes holes in the toys. 1st toy it has holes in the ears. The 2nd toy has holes in ear and mouth. The 3rd toy has only one hole in one ear. Then with the help of the needle, the student puts the needle in the ear hole of the 1st toy. The needle comes out from the other ear. In the 2nd toy, when the needle was put in the ear the needle came out of a mouth. And in the 3rd toy, when the needle was put in, the needle did not come out.

A reflection on marriage and love

A recent one about how, although growing up is scary and we all wish we could go back to our childhoods, it's not so bad if we have led blessed lives. Not everyone is fortunate to have as blessed a childhood as I was lucky enough to enjoy and therefore their adult lives are often plagued by issues too, making them long for a childhood innocence they never experienced, while the rest of us long to want to be a child again just so we don't have to pay bills or go to work! In short, this one's to say thank you for my great childhood, and remembering all those who weren't so lucky.

Nobody knows how I feel

Despite the media making out that there's much suffering in the world, there's many people, especially in the Western Societies, that are completely ignorant of and untouched by actual true plight of others that the media bases its exaggerated portrayal of some people's conditions on. When we're growing up as children we're taught that being ignorant- not listening when we're being spoken to-is a sin. But to be able to be ignorant of life's sufferings, I think, is a blessing. This poem is about that blessing but also about not being naive in our ignorance, occasionally let the worst, most horrific scenarios and potential situations cross your mind, just so that you're prepared if something dreadful, heaven forbid, was to happen to you or those you love, but to also remind you of how blessed you are now, right here, in real life.

Alone but fortunate

life is tough . I strongly agree . some people have probably experience the hard way and some haven't . no matter is it's about health , disabilities , development and so on . well , here's a story on a girl who has it all . throughout her 17 years of living on this planet , she thrives to be someone like the others ever since she was born but then later in life , she realises that similarity isn't all as good as well and this is how her story goes ..

Life for most of us is mundane, we eat, sleep, work and repeat. But through the cracks, if we know where to look, how to appreciate them, are certain moments that stay with us forever, magical and unique to us for whatever reason. As we're so lucky to have these moments when not everyone does, I wrote this to help me remember all the stolen moments I've been lucky enough to enjoy.
