Under ONI's Sword Base lies a secret, one that even the top brass don't know about. Catherine Halsey, the 'mother' of the Spartans, has subjected someone else to her experiments. This Spartan II Bravo is someone who is built around mistery and illusion, but will show his true colors so his comrades survive this ring. This story is something perculiar that I wanted to try. A Spartan II that also has control over any/all Promethian/Forunner troops, such as Sentinels, Knights, Crawlers, Soldiers, and Watchers. Said Spartan also has the ability to summon/create weapons via teleportation.
