Frodo, Sam, Merry, and Pippin were enjoying eachother's company one day at Bag-End, remembering the days of the Fellowship of the Ring. It started out as a normal day and no one suspected a thing, but when an unusual storm struck and they ended up in modern days, landing them in San Diego, California. They were amazed and bewildered by the strange, new things of our world. Would they find a way to get back home? Or would they be forever stranded in this strange, frightening new world?

Middle Earth has summoned a human from the Earthean Realms to aid the people in what seems may be their darkest times. Rhoevien Darkwood happens to be the one who wakes up as an elf, surrounded by people talking about a prophecy. Rhoe gets sucked into a changed storyline, and discovers that sometimes there's more to a person than their past choices.
