Emily Rose Tweed has always lived the city life with her loving parents. Despite their affection, she struggles with deep insecurity, feelings of abandonment, and severe self-loathing and struggle to change. Feeling entirely isolated from her peers, she withdraws into herself. Hoping the county air and a slower pace will ease Emily and lift her spirits, her parents send her to spend the summer with her grandmother, Widow Tweed, at her farm house, which happens to be right next to their rival neighbor's house, Amos Slade. With the new friends Emily is about to make, like her neighbor friends Katie and Haru Slade, and discovering the forest with Tod and Copper, her life will have a new meaning and change forever. The first part of a big series

Tod doesn't realise that she is different, and doesn't understand why people won't let her play with her best friend Copper. Tod's dark skin sets her apart from other people. In a world where having coloured skin is almost like a death sentence. Tod has been raised by her adoptive mother in safety, but her new friend Copper puts her in danger. Copper's father Amos, and older brother Chief, both enjoy hunting and killing coloured people, which is completely legal. Copper is torn between his friendship with Tod, and his loyalty to his family.

Fredca and her team finally arrive at their destination and must prepare for one final battle in the war against The Shadows.

Fredca comes upon a rouge she-cat who wants to live with the clans peacefully while her brother wants to rule them.

Symphony has fallen in love with Dixie ever since she laid her eyes on her. However, Dixie seems to be in a really tight spot. so Symphony and her family demands to take care of her until she got back on her feet.
