Izuku Midoriya was diagnosed(?) quirkless after a doctors appointment. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, was so furious, he threw Izuku out into the forest to fend for himself. Then, a skulk of foxes (Yes, that's actually what a group of foxes are called, look it up) found him three days after he was abandoned.
