Everything changed one night when she stopped to pick up her ex-boyfriend after he called her in a panic. When she arrived, she found a man dead in an alley. Before she could make sense of what had happened, police arrived. Her fingerprints were on the victim because she had checked for a pulse, and witnesses placed her at the scene. Her ex disappeared before trial, leaving Ashley to take the blame. She has spent every day since insisting she didn't kill anyone.
