She talks and when she talks she does with more authority then any leader of any Gang..male or female. She is the leader of the young Serpents as her God father, FP is the actual leader. But here's the kicker...Ricci Costar, her grandfather was the last living founder of the Serpents until he passed four years ago. Making her practically Royalty and #1in Command even at sixteen, making Tall Boy jealous and greedy, wanting her place.. She also has the blunt, sharp tongue of her late father, who died from a gun shot wound two years before in a battle with the Ghoulies. When Jughead Jones comes knocking on her door for help with his dad she couldn't refuse.. Now, here is her story on how Riverdale became the 'Came to city' to the town where war is always held, differences change, conflicts come to Bay, and things don't seem to go anyone's way with a Black Hood running around..
