Olivia's biggest problem used to be her "editorial" mother, her annoying brother Jimmy, and the secret life she led changing outfits behind a dumpster to avoid a social meltdown. That was before her house was eaten by a hungry hedge. When a talking gingerbread man with a foul mouth and a massive wolf in a jumpsuit invade her kitchen, Olivia learns the truth: Her dad isn't just a "bald guy from Hoboken." He's a legend. A rebel. And he's been kidnapped by the A.T.L.H.E.A.-the elite class of fairy tale royals who ensure their "Happy Endings" by scripting everyone else's tragedies. In the Realm of the Ever After (ROTEA), your life is written for you before you're born. It's called a Carthar, and it's a script you can't escape. To save her father, Olivia and Jimmy must dive headfirst into a portal hidden under the basement toilet and join a ragtag rebellion of "glitched" fairy tale creatures. But in a world where the narrator always wins, can a snarky girl from Jersey find a way to go unscripted? Or is her tragic ending already signed, sealed, and delivered? Oli "Not today, Satan. Not today."

Hey! I started this story a while ago (September I think) but I've decided to scrap that version and re-wrote it. Sorry about the EXTREMELY short chapters and shortness of the book in general nut it was for school and I had a deadline, and I decided I really liked it so I decided to publish it on here. Enjoy! Also, my friend Karma made the cover for this story (and yes it is a picture of Mary-Margaret form Once Upon A Time). Please go check her account out as it is amazing. Eventually they had sent him to the Chief Councillor." Read on for more! I'm always looking for constructive feedback, so let me know what you liked or think I could I improve in the comments!

Veronica is a messenger in a war-torn version of American where fields are torn apart by trenches and families are torn apart by overseas battles. When she travels from the depot to Meemaw's to deliver some parts necessary for the repair of a tank, she unknowingly brings something dark and sinister with her. In this short-story retelling of Little Red Riding Hood, inspired by dieselpunk themes, werewolf folklore, and WWII propaganda, Veronica must vanquish the wolf herself. (Please be warned: while I cut out my usual cursing, this story features a fight scene in the middle.) 1st Place in Rewind The Classics Contest (WattpadFairytales, Horror, and WattpadPunkFiction sections)

Dear Readers, I had to write a fractured fairytale (changing a major element of a classic fairytale) for a school project. I thought I would share it with everyone and if people would like, I could finish the story and you could find out what "happily every after" includes. Enjoy! Please leave a comment on whether you would appreciate a story extension! Sincerely, Gracie

It's not easy being a thief. You just don't get the same level of respect as fighters or clerics or those goody two shoes paladins. Heck, even wizards are held in higher regard. Stupid wizards with their stupid magic. Nobody trusts a thief for some reason. But really, what's a little petty larceny among friends? Thieves are supposed to steal stuff. It's part of the job description, for crying out loud. And you're definitely going to want a thief on your side when it comes to disarming a trap or needing to sneak up on some monsters or something without attracting their attention. The point is, thieves can be just as big of heroes as anybody else. On the other hand, they can also be gigantic jerkfaces. Fabian is a legendary hero and adventurer... in his own mind. People should have heard of his brave and noble exploits far and wide, except of course for the fact that they haven't. He is a pretty skilled thief though, even if he does have delusions of grandeur. Those dreams of being a hero are about to be put to the test in a major way as Fabian embarks on his biggest and most epic quest yet: finding some rich broad's missing cat. Dungeons will be explored. Fantastical creatures will be encountered. Monsters will be battled if they seem like they're weak enough to actually be defeated. And Fabian will attempt to lie, cheat, and steal from virtually everyone he meets. After all, that's what a thief does.

***WINNER of the "BREATHTAKING: A FANTASY AND SCIENCE FICTION NOVEL WRITING COMPETITION!" "You are a secret kept from the world, but not from me." So begins the peculiar message found slipped under a bedroom door on the morning of May first. Theo is the heir to a powerful dictatorship. The number of people allowed to know he exists is few. He has spent his entire life walled up in the Tower, the looming stone monolith from which his father rules over the Land. Merryn is the daughter of political prisoners. She's known who Theo is longer than he would think possible, and she is taking a great risk contacting him via handwritten notes in order to convince him he deserves more than the fate his father has designed for him. She has one month to exchange daily messages with him, to answer his questions and open his eyes to the realities of a world he has never been allowed to see. A revolution is coming to the Land at the end of the month, and if Merryn's notes fail to get their point across, Theo may never live to see the sunrise on June first. A/N: The following letters were originally published each day from May 1st-31st, 2014. As you will see,Theo is allowed to write down a question for Merryn each evening, but you, the reader, won't see these within the body of the story. It may or may not be obvious from Merryn's response what Theo is asking. Part of the fun is guessing what his questions might be, but if you really want to know what they are, a list of those questions is at the end of the story. This story is a re-imagining of Rapunzel. Now, without further ado-I believe a young heir is about to unfold a slip of paper found on the tile floor near his door... Let's see what it says!

Hi everybody I'm 17 and I'm a french student in english literature. Few days ago, we have worked on Little Red Riding Hood, and for test us the teacher asked us to wrote a fractured story based on Little Red Riding Hood. I'm very engaged for the LGBTQIA+ people rights so I did that. I hope you'll like the story. Sorry if there are mistakes.
