I always thought birthdays were supposed to be filled with joy and happiness, as well as being surrounded by family. I guess that wasn't the case for me. On my birthday something happened, why did it happen? I had no idea. It was something that changed my life forever. ••••• "Run." That was the last word I heard from my mother's mouth as I booked it into the forest with my brother and best friend at my side. ••••• My life since that day has been lived out in the woods, staying in my wolf form ignoring my frail little human body. But everything soon changed when I met him. My mate. My savior.

There are a lot of 'girl nerd meets the bad boy' stories out there and the usual cliches happen. But what if we do the old switcheroo? Meet Ace Daubrey. He's your usual geeky, innocent, honor student. Known for his endless awards and prizes in numerous school competitions and very known by the ladies (specifically by his mom's jealous mom friends). His life has been normal so far. No traumatizing experiences, no extreme accidents and no reasons to have any. Well, that's what you get when you're number of friends is a big, fat zero most of the time. Well, that all changes after he becomes accused of things he'd never do. What if our straight-A student, goody two shoes Ace, even gets to the point of being expelled? That's right. Expulsion. Something someone like Ace was bound to never get. But here he is, currently stuck in a ditch called Zeauxary High School. A school known for well... The people definitely not like Ace.

I'm giving Inktober a go for the first time! I know Wattpad isn't really the place to post art but me and @phoenixsong870 decided we should do this so here I go. I've included the prompts on the first page if you also would like to draw 31 things in 31 days! After the success of Inktober I've discovered Huevember. After the success of Huevember I've discovered Doodlewash.

Morning came, but the sky was still riddled with gloomy clouds, a wispy wind had gently brought forth a dense fog. A frail man emerged from his hallowed sanctuary, noticing that the tree was probably a better place to be. Since he was lacking visibility in the marsh, and the forbiddingly cold murky water was up to his knees. Unconcerned with his well-being; the frail man fretted not, and decided to carry on aimlessly.

I'm not normal. I have colourful wires running inside my body instead of veins. My body consist of thirty percent metal, twenty percent water, twenty five percent muscle, ten percent steel, I don't know what the rest is and I really don't want to find out. I only know two people in my life, my depressed crazy father, my caretaker and bodyguard, Daisy. I can't live like other people because society doesn't agree with me, there's an organisation formed just to protect me from those who hunt down abnomalies, monsters like me. And one of their members gave his heart to me. Literally.

The Lands of the Glorious Matria, the holiest grounds that ever existed on the face of the magical world, have become a bloody bargain. War gods controlling over different factions of warriors have taken lives they once protected. Mothers died without a choice, but to leave the world with their souls tortured with misery; while fathers were taken to the Chamber of the Serpents to become nothing, but a minced fleshy treat. Infants were taken care of, placed into a room full of incubators. Males and females were separated. Divided, they were tested and grouped into Supreos, the Alphas, and Inferios, the Frails. The children left of the barbarous slaughter were ice cold dead within their very blood-pumping hearts. They had no time to grief or to cry like one since they were also taken by the war gods to be trained for future battles. And once they show weakness, fear of severe punishment smites and covers their whole body. The war has to stop. If the best of the greatest, the strongest among the robust is the villain of the story, then how will it ever end?
